What is involved? The Stay Safe programme is a primary school based approach to the prevention of child abuse. Parental involvement is an essential part of the Stay Safe programme.The main aim of this meeting is to outline how parents can improve their child's learning outcomes by involving themselves in the programme through discussing the topics as they arise with their child. Parents are provided with information on child abuse and bullying, the content of the Stay Safe classroom lessons and the key messages for children.
